Our apartments are fully furnished and individually styled with care and located in perfectly normal residential buildings in the centre of Jyväskylä. The apartments have 1–3 rooms and are suitable for 1–5 people. The apartments are ideal when you need a temporary rental apartment for work or some other temporary reason. You can stay for a short period of time or longer; the longer you stay, the more affordable it is.

Our two-room apartment on Vaasankatu is located in the bohemian Yläkaupunki district of Jyväskylä. Downstairs is the humble home of the Best Time Hostel in Finland 2021. The apartment provides comfortable accommodation for up to five people. You can find all you need for cooking meals in the fully-equipped kitchen of the apartment. There is an abundance of storage space in the apartment. You can wash laundry in the facilities of the housing company downstairs. Restaurants, shops and other charming little shops can be found just around the corner. The University Campus of Jyväskylä with its grand buildings and parks is located in the back yard.

Our Ylistönmäki apartments are located in a charming environment close to nature on the hill of Ylistönmäki in Jyväskylä. Our one-room apartments are all on the ground floor. The apartments are located in the only building in the area designed for residential use. The building was completed in June 2020. The kitchen is equipped with modern equipment, and the amenities provide all you need to cook meals in the apartment. There is plenty of storage space. The apartments have washing machines. The amenities also include an ironing board and an iron, a hair dryer and cleaning equipment. The Ylistönmäki Campus is located right next to the apartments, and you can easily get to the services in the city centre on foot by crossing the Ylistönmäki bridge. Outdoor recreation routes can be conveniently reached right outside the front door.

The kitchen is fully equipped, the bedroom has a LED TV, an armchair, air conditioning that keeps the apartment cool in the summer and warm in the winter. In addition, in the winter there is a wonderful oven where you can burn wood. The bathroom has a shower, toilet and washing machine.

This villa includes 5 bedrooms, well-equipped kitchen, several bathrooms and toilets, dining room, lounges, private yard and terrace.
This villa is in a very quiet area with a large yard area to use. On warm days, it’s nice to dine on the private terrace or admire the lake view from the balcony.
The villa is also a great choice for the winter season. You can either warm up by the fireplace or curl up in a blanket and watch movies in the theater-style living room.

The rates include water, electricity, the internet, insurance and a 10% value-added tax.
Each apartment is reserved only for the number of people stated in the booking; any additional people must be agreed separately.
We provide more spacious and inexpensive accommodation than traditional hotels. Since all our tenants clean up after themselves before checking out, are rates are more affordable than hotels. We check, disinfect and make the beds always before the next tenant comes in.
If you are staying longer, the rent of the apartment can be paid using a payment link and your online banking credentials, an invoice or Jousto part payment.
