CHECK-IN
The accommodation day starts at 4 p.m., after which you can check in at a time that suits you.
You can book an earlier check-in by phone or email.
The room number and the codes needed to log in will be sent to your phone by text message on the day of arrival. There is a keypad in the front door and the door of the room, and by entering the code according to the instructions, you can open the door.
The code is valid for the entire duration of the reservation. The codes will also appear in the reservation information on the GuestApp page on the day of arrival.
CHECK-OUT
The room is at your disposal until 11 a.m. on the day of departure, unless you have purchased a later check-out.
Please sort your waste using the bins found in your
room and the shared areas.
We kindly ask you to leave the room tidy upon
check-out. Thank you.
Room cleaning is done after check-out, this helps us keep the room prices affordable if you stay with us longer.
In case of long bookings, you can get additional cleaning of the room by contacting our customer service.
PARKING & TRANSPORTATION
There is a limited amount of paid parking in the hotel yard, €12/day.

Pets are warmly welcome at our hotel. 🐾 In the lounge on the ground floor of Time Hotel, you’ll find extra amenities for your furry friends, such as pet beds, food and water bowls, and waste bags for easy clean-up. (Pet fee 20€ /reservation)

LAUNDRY
In the common space on the lowest floor, you will find a kitchen and a dining room, washing machines for washing clothes, Ironing facilities for party clothes or just to improve a collared shirt. You can access the common areas with the room code throughout the reservation.

HOUSE RULES
- Please respect other guest – Time to Stay Silent starts at 10pm.
- Time to Party – Celebrate away from your accommodation, with the heartbeat of the city right next door.
- Time to Stay Private – Make sure that only the people marked on the reservation arrive at the hotel.
- Smoking is not allowed inside.
- Time to clean – You can also prepare your own meals in the communal kitchen. However, remember to clean up after yourself and leave the accommodation tidy. If necessary, put dirty dishes in the dishwasher and start the machine.
